Public Housing All List: Closed
Opening April 29, 2024, Millington Housing Authority will be accepting applications for its Public Housing two (2) and three (3) bedroom homes only.  These waiting lists will close on May 14, 2024. All other lists will remain closed. 
To qualify, an applicant must meet the following requirements:

1. Must have good landlord and credit history, and pass background screening
2. Must meet HUD established income limits:

3. Applicant must provide I.D., social security cards and birth certificates for all that will be in the household and proof of income when submitting application.
4. Must meet the Millington Housing Authority Occupancy Standards:

5. Residents must agree to annual home inspections by TMHA representatives and semi-annual inspections during occupancy.
6. Head of Household must maintain all utilities in their name.

Prior residents of TMHA must:
7. Have paid in full any balance owed TMHA.

The owner reserves the right to modify the eligibility requirements, if, in its judgment, unforeseen circumstances necessitate said action.
